✨ Try Rise & Shine or Feeling Good Friday Flow for a flowing and energising class! Find some time for you on your mat, improve your strength, flexibility and balance. We will finish with a lovely relaxation at the end of class.
The Yoga OASIS
✨ Nurturing candlelit classes with gentle movements warming and opening the joints. Focuss on inner quietness and learn how to calm the mind and body through holding restful, gentle yoga poses. We will finish with a Yoga Nidra. A lovely class after a busy day, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Great for anyone who wants to learn to relax deeply.
No previous yoga experience required.

Gentle yoga is suitable for beginners, or those getting back into their practice, or those who like a softer, nurturing and more relaxing practice.

Energy Flow is a stronger and faster paced Flow class designed to invigorate the body, mind and senses, with dynamic yet accessible sequences. Focus your body's energies to find strength, flexibility, balance, coordination while building stronger mental focus.
This is a playful and creative class, designed to leave you feeling energised and upbeat.
Suitable for those who have had some previous yoga experience and are familiar with basic yoga postures, or for those yogis who simply prefer a gentler class.
If you’re ready to get back into your practice, then this gently paced class is geared to help you gain strength, grow confidence, feel more flexible and increase your balance, whilst practicing in a relaxed and friendly group setting.
